Youth Arts Festival

NOW accepting applications from artists ages 13-21

The goal of Speak Out and Lead is to bring young people together and spread their love for art, music, and performance. The event will feature youth art and creativity from around the Twin Cities, with a live performance stage, workshops, food vendors, and an “arts market” where the public can purchase original artwork from young artists.

In the past, we have had performers from all walks of life, including Rappers, to DJs, singers, bands, choirs, and indigenous dancers! We represent the vibrant community of Saint Paul, with all the art we love and share. Along with providing exposure and performing experience, we also pay artists!
