Performance Space
Weekly Rates: $2500.00 (Tuesday-Sunday) Typically access is 10am-10pm, can be altered with prior agreement.
Daily Rates: up to 8 hours
$500.00 (up to 8 hours) Tue-Thur & Sunday
$750.00 (up to 8 hours) Friday & Saturday
Hourly Rehearsal: 2-hour minimum (no tech included)
$35.00 Tue – Friday
$50.00 Sat – Sunday

Daily: $250.00 Community Nonprofit Rate
Hourly: $25.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum Community Nonprofit Rate
· Kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher and supplies included
· Seating for about 30
Building Rental
Daily Only: $2000.00 7am- Midnight
Technician: $30.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Custom seating arrangements: $150.00
Washer/Dryer rental: $35.00 per day
Wellness Room: $35.00 per day
Concessions: Concessions will be staffed for your events up to 1 hour prior to curtain/start time with advance notice. 825 ARTS will keep the proceeds. 825 ARTS is an alcohol free building. If you would like to set up a merchandise stand, staffing will be the responsibility of the renter.

- Full use of stage/backstage area and lobby
- Seating for up to 120. Standard theater seating set-up ($150 to change seating)
- Full access to tech booth and all lights/sound/A/V equipment and inventory (technician available for additional cost)
- One hour tech consultation and space introduction
- Costume, prop, equipment storage and for consecutive days or weekly rentals
- 825 Arts Facility Host
- Promotion of your event on our posterboard (renter must provide poster), inclusion on calendar. Additional promotion on our radio & web advertising $100.
- Set-up and strike are the responsibility of the renter
